Home Pack Pick Ups

Wed Sep 01 01:32pm

We will be running Home Pack Pick Ups Daily (between Mon-Fri) during Level 3 Lockdown between 2pm-3pm.

Please drive into school through the electronic gate entrance and pull up to multipurpose room.  Someone will be there waiting and will pass home packs through the car window.

You then drive off down the drive way towards the bike sheds and exit through that gate.

If there is more than one car if you can wait in line behind eachother that will be easier.

This is for the people who have requested home packs.

Buses – Alert Level 3

Fri Aug 27 11:21am

Kia koutou,

After careful consideration and reading the current guidelines around Level 3 and school bubbles the school has decided not to operate their school buses during this period.  Whanau living in the country can transport their children to school if there is a requirement to work,

The decision has also been made based around how infectious the new strain Delta is and the ability to keep children safe while traveling on the school bus.

Obviously, we will wait to see when a movement down a level will happen but we are currently putting plans in place for when this happens.

Nga mihi,

Simon Bell and BoT

Tue Aug 17 08:42pm

Good evening everyone,

You will all be aware that we are in Level 4 Lockdown for 3 days.  The school has decided that we will make a decision around home learning on Friday afternoon – once we know if this will be longer.  For the next three days; stay safe, check in on family and keep well – get tested if unwell.  As a rural community we are all aware of the stress this time of year puts on our families so wellbeing is paramount.  Your class teachers will put a message out tomorrow morning giving information around your child’s class.

So just confirming:

– Student conferences are off tomorrow.
– Netball tomorrow is off.

We will be in touch daily with updates.

Nga mihi,
